Welcome to another wonderful Sunday!  So I woke up, slightly hungover from last night.  Well okay, VERY hungover.  One cure for that.  Sunday Morning Menudo.  Thats right!  So thats what I did this morning.  Menudo, posole, enchiladas, beans, rice, and a Pexi to wash it all down!!  Mmmm, I love Mexican food.
